Offical Gr Lottery

Ok before anyone starts sayin that this is a stupid idea, the lotteries are s**t. Well dont because this is an offical lottery and UK members will know what im talking about. It will be like the national lottery draw every week.

How it will work:

1 - People will select their 6 numbers from a range of 1-49
2 - Will pay the 10 (only an example will be sorted out if idea goes forward)
3 - Post the numbers in the designated section which only the members numbers can be posted in
4 - Then the winning numbers will be picked using a random lottery number generator (this generator randomly selects 6 numbers at the same time not one by one)
5 - If any member has matched these numbers they will win the jackpot which will the creds that each member has entered (may also be prizes for matching 3,4 or 5 numbers)

Ok now to answer the problems that people will probably have...

People may complain about the draw not being fair if no-one wins at all and say it is fixed so i came up with the idea to use camstudio to record the live draw just so it is legit and people can say it is fair

Also people may ask how do we know if your taking the creds yourself, so i will make another account, called GR Lottery Fund or sumthin like that and that is where all the creds will be paid to

So posts your views about this because i think it will be fun and something a bit more exciting and you also have the chance to win a large amount of creds.

and id hope the staff would run it, or atleast like give you permission

ya that would be cool, unnecessary but cool, when they upgrade the forum i know a mod for 2.0.x that is a forum lottery and works just like $ir$moke explained...

If the staff here at GR wanted a lottery that badly I beleive there are a few mods for IPB they could just download.

Yeah sorry. No lottery. Seems pointless and too much a time waster. Nice idea though.
