Negatives: Large Pieces are Old, Lacks Variety in both tags and large pieces. Is short of one LP due to the requirement of 3 LP's. Needs to learn to fully utilize the capacity at which he makes his tags. Most of the tags are old, and yeah...

Positives: Is a fan of smudging in the first and second one. Has some nice smduging in the last one as I like that one as far having enough potential to even apply. Other tags have a clear focal but like Nitrx he fails to portray that focal amongst his audience.

Final Decision: No <span style="color:#FF0000">No because he might walk away again...

Nitrx= Negatives: too sloppy,everything is rushed and random , also does not know how to use the good techniques he knows into his work

Positives: seems to know photoshop well and several good techniques

Final Decision:No

Majin = Negatives: needs more variety in his work also needs to try different things and experiment

Positives: was a long time member so knows what this crews all about , good smudging

Final Decision: 50/50

 

Majin is going through a weird time anyways. He added all of his deviations to scraps because he hates his artwork and has a hard time making anything.

I had that problem a few months ago. Maybe we can help him.

I have been almost in the same shoes

Little Lightning

Negatives: His sigs seem messy, with an overuse of the soft brush (especially in the case of lighting). His LPs are also pretty messy, with no real sense of flow or depth to them. He also really needs to work on his text, IMO.

Positives: I do like the third sig, but the others don't really appeal to me. And the idea behind his 'War Evasion' LP is good - just poorly executed. Still, he does show potential (namely in the third sig and the 'War Evasion' LP).

Final Decision: No

OkamithePhantom

Negatives: His signatures lack effects, and are all quite blurry. The colours are monotone too, in every piece...But I suppose I'm not really one who sould complain about stuff like that.

The LPs just appear to be C4D renders placed on a background, or slightly manipulated stocks. The LPs definately need work.

Positives: I do like the idea behind the 'Dragon Wars' LP though. And the sixth sig he posted does show relatively good texture use.

Final Decision: No

Wow, I feel pretty cruel now, saying 'no' to both of them...And because I posted more 'Negatives' than 'Positives'.

Negatives: His LPs and tags are boring and inconsistent in quality. Some are really good, whilst others are poor.

Positives: He has some nice LPs and tags, namely tag 1+2.

Negatives: His vectors are a little boring, very good, but they lack anything really interesting.

Positives: Great vectors and overall skill. I love tag 4. I see a lot of potential in his work and could quickly improve with the help of the crew.

Final Decision: <span style="color:#00ff00">Yes

 

AG Birdman</span>

Negatives: Manipulated tags are WORSE than vector/vexel tags. Which is weird in my opinion. No focal or depth in tags. LPs seem unfinished. Vectors on tags aren't as appealing as the ones in his LPs. The LPs seem to have more details. Which is strange since if it's a vector there should be pixel loss.

Positives: His vector/vexel LPs are very nice. He has a good control of the pen tool.

Final Decision:<span style="color:#FF0000">No. Needs to get better at making normal signatures. That's all he needs.
