im going to say NO, he has the same stuff pretty much and the reasons are the same as last time he applied

Negatives: Lacks originality, I'd go as far to say that he has a little. He is a good contributor but most of his tags (well almost all) are realism which I currently hate ... should've helped him if he had some other styles rather than plain old realism.
Positives: He is talented, has potential and far of better than other designers I've seen. Then again lacks a little bit of here and there which can be fixed in due time.
Final Decision: <span style="color:#00FF00">Maybe, his new ones are a much better improvement from last application but don't know..
