Nrk Hasnt Upgraded My Acount To Donator Membership

Sorry to bother you all...to be honest I didnt even really want to do this but many people have been telling me to report it.

See yesterday I made a post on whether or not someone could help me get to donator status or not. NRK replied ot me via PM and said that he would do it for 3K. Well I sent him the credits and it has been almost 24 hours and he still has not done it.

To be honest I sent him 3,006 credits because the first two times I put a comma after the 3 so It got messed up. But I eventually got it right on the 3rd try and sent him the even 3K, lol. I have saved all of the PM;s from me and him and will post them here in a second...but I wanted to let you guys know the situation.

NRK has made many excuses as to why he hasnt done it yet, so I talked with Red Alert AND Shaggy about the situation at hand. I let them both know that he has yet to update my account and that he is spending the credits that I have sent to him...he has less than half of the amount left than what I originally sent to him.

Shaggy told me to give him until today to do it and if he hasnt to report it and then he will give me my credits back and ban NRK. So that is what I have done. (Im not sure if he meant that he would give back the whole 3,006 credits or just what is left of them, I hope he meant all 3,006 of them cause I worked my but off to get them.)

As you can see he changes his story a few times from he would log on and buy it on my account to nevermond he will get the item back and forth a few times. I was told by Red Alert to let him know that a global mod WAS aware of the situation and thats why I PM'd him that part.

Is it possible that IF he actually got the item to transfer it to my acount and take it off of his or just to get my 3,006 credits back? I know this is a little long so I will cut it as short as possible now. Thanks guys and hopefully all things will be set right here soon.

Well I cant give you all your credits back at one time, so I will send what I have and the rest later, then Im leaving. Found out my grandma died today and Im more worried about making sure she gets a nice funeral and ---- and all that instead of this site that really has no meaning to me emotionally, just another site. Sorry about this, I will refund you, and Im giving this account to my homie Erick. See yall around.

Well he sent me 1.4k back out of the 3,006 credits I sent to him. Um, am I supposed to eat the other 1.6k or can Shaggy help me get this part refunded?

He knew he was in the wrong...I found out that he owed Kirbir like 1.6k exactly AND Drugi like 580 for some c4d's that Drugi truned him in on.

If any Admin or mods could...would you contact me please letting me know what can be done about this and the 1.6k?

EDIT: The deal was for him to log into my account though and buy it with Pay Pal, not to be used with the credits. He was supposed to take the 3k and just buy me the Donator under my account that why I gave him the account info.

yeah he owed me 540 creds but he didn´t send them all and i think it was b4 you sent him the creds for donator , but i dunno when you sent him the creds

hmm yeah he still owes me 1.6k credits which he asked me to loan him..i better get these back as i always get ----ed over with the credits i loan to people, i will not be impressed if i do not get these back...

 

Um, waiting for a reply from someone. I talked to Shaggy on MSN briefly and all he said was that he would take care of it. But when I asked about the 1.6K that I didnt get back and since he said the night before he would get me all my credits back if NRK didnt update my account, he kinda went away.

Could someone please let me know as to what exactly is going on with this situation at hand. Credits going to be refunded? and is NRK going to get banned?

I agree with Kirbir...I will not be impressed if we get riped out of our credits. I though we had "Scam protection" if we had proof.

You all are going to have to wait for an admin to come online to check and see where he's been sending the credits. Just be patient, it will be sorted out.

 

It seems that there have been quite a few of us that he owes a large amount of credits to. I know I for one have not heard a single thing about what exactly is going on about this.
However I do know that when I PM or IM Shaggy I get no responce about it now. I've PM'ed Red Alert and he said all he can do is Ban him. I had to upgrade my account to donator myself and still eat 1.6k like kirbir and BeatdownT has to eat 800 creds while this guy is still running around on the boards and I got the screen shot to prove it and it was just taken minutes ago.



See? Well I just want one thing or another done about this. We've waited a few days and havnt heard anything to be honest. Will someone get back to us on this?

The fact that NRK has no credits left means that none of the moderators can do anything outside of banning him. We have no idea on where the credits are right now or what he did with them, so we can't really go and just ban him. For all we know, he might've sent that last 1.6k to someone else he owed credits to and is working toward getting the rest of the credits he owes. The point is, we don't know all the facts so we can't do much right now. I posted a topic in the staff forum asking an admin to look into this, so just be patient.

 

Okay, I will be patient. But I have seen NRK;s credits rise within the last few days and then go back to zero.

Also he is active in the forums STILL buying things from people when he owes all of us here in this topics credits. Just thought I would throw that in there so you do have a lil more info.
