A Banner for that site, that fits in with skin:

Dimensions: 472 x 105

Member Group Bars (that fit with skin)
Dimensions: whatever looks good, preferably small
Names:

1) Admin
2) Global Mod
3) Moderator
4) GFX Team
5) ClanVids Elite

money will go to best banner/affiliate/buttons or pack of all of them.
