Not Receiving Emails From Gr

    Hey,

    On my other account I used to receive an email when I got a new PM. I have got the options selected on this account but I do not receive emails. Why would this be?

    Check the emails adress of which the emails are sent to.

    Just a quick add-on to what Sacrifice stated incase you are unsure on how to go about doing this. Go to the link below:

    If there are "check marks" for appropriate options, you might want to make sure that you have the appropriate email address in your profile and that emails from Gamerenders do not go in your Junk Mail; it happens sometimes.

    We've been having an issue lately with PMs not being sent out each time. Not sure what it is, but we'll be looking into it.

    On another note, make sure to check your spam mail folders.
