We'll it looks like a rip too me. Same render place same colors same ligthsource same render.

Looking at them they are similar in colors and render only, nothing else matches.

I say no rip.

 

Doesn't look like a rip, it's just one of those 'idea' rips.
Colors and light source looks familiar, but the rest of the tag is not.

 

Although the render placement is more or less exact and the colors are the same i dont think this is a rip its looks more like he has "Copied" the above style rather than actually ripped it

 

Did he put the .psd up for grabs? If he could he could of tookin the .psd and just erased some stuff and added some of his own crap.

 

The backgrounds are different. Take a close look at them, I'm talking about the texture and all that jazz.
