PSP, since it has better graphics + better games + better controls, I really hate the cheap graphics on DS, and the double screen is really pathetic way. PSP is at a great price as well, and will sell more. Thats just my point of view.

Everything about the PSP seems to take away from handheld freedom. First of all, it's really fricken long, and there's nothing protecting the screen when not in use. You need memory cards, and the games are on discs. That's really great on the battery life for you. Good luck with the square button too.... Yeah, and the graphics may look good, but you might want to look again. Most of the games look ps1 quality with anti-aliasing. Don't forget about the loading times.....

You're on the internet, the sole thing that is full of information, how about using it!

"Region Free: Nintendo DS is a universal system that can be played anywhere on the planet. Further, it can play games purchased anywhere. "

"Languages: English, Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Italian"

I live in Scotland, I should have my DS sometime this week, possibly tomorrow. Because I ordered mines online.

To be perfectly honest, I wouldn't want either. I do not see the point of having a handheld console as big as them. They are just asking to be stolen. And for the arguement that would say "They don't just have to be played while travelling etc" I say just play your PS2 or Xbox. Better graphics for a start.

If i had to choose, at this moment in time, the DS edges my vote, although that could change.

    PSP:

    Advantages
    - Better selection of games
    - Better Graphics

    Disadvantages
    - Very poor battery life [4 hours of gaming?!?!]
    - The flaws in the manufacture [Dead pixels, faulty buttons etc]

    DS:

    Advantages
    - Original design; two screens.
    - Better battery life

    Disadvantages
    - Games appear to be generally aiming for a younger consumer.
    - Will be missing titles like GTA and MGS.
