no offence, all u did is pixel stretch and then motion blur, i suggest doing this:

First thing for u: I didnt pixel stretched it <_< and ye its a motion blur so?

im sorry, i am i jerk, anyway use my tut, it will make it really cool ^_^

 

ye I will try it going to check it out now,,

step 1: duplicate your background twice, motion blur one layer (about 60) and play with the angle, it wont matter untill later

step 2: motion blur your other duplicated background with about the same speed, but the oposite angle (EX: if u put ur angle looking like / then make the new 1 pointing the other direction \)

lol wtf play around with the angle,,,can u plz just say at what thingie u put ur angle 10,20,30...50 w/e

there is nothing saing where to put the angle, you decide what u like, just make the other thing the opposite, its really easy, and makes a good effect
