download 4 packs of filters and unzip
files paste to photoshop/plug-ins/filters

its very simple cuz when you start photoshop and in menu chose the filtes it was a fold named xero and there is this filters

i hate them filters none look good for grunge or tech sigs.

 

They aight for filters. But I probably wont use them, barly ever use filters.
