I need help. After working working 40 hour weeks for about month and a half and having the plan to use that money to buy a car to replace my 93 Oldsmobile. But after talking with my friends, parents its not worth buying a car for just a year really, because i do plan to go to college next year. So i have a ---- load of extra cash i am going to use to buy a sound system for the car. You know get a few 12's that will make that thing sake. lol

But thats just the back story. I also want to buy a Next Gen system and play your asses online!!!! So, which one should i get?

    Xbox 360
    Playstation 3
    WII

This is what i know and you can add on w/e you want to help me.

    Xbox 360

    $500
*Prem 360, 12 month xbox live gold, online adapter.*

    Games

    Halo 3
    GTA4
    Mass Effect
    Assassins Creed
    Bioshock

    Playstation 3

    $500
    *60 gig PS3*

    Games

    Heavenly Sword
    GTA4
    Assassins Creed
    The Agency

    WII

    $250
    *The WII*

    Games

    .......................

I am not going to lie, i don't see anything that cool for the WII, and all that i do see are old crappy PS2 ports. But, thats what i see. Feel free to add on your own experiences with the consoles. The poll is to vote for which system you own and if you own more then one vote for your favorite.

I have to ask...how come you would not need a new car to go to College? Especially if the other car I guess is about to give out...I would still think you would need a new car.

Ya get the car, but if you want a game console then go with 360 its got tons of games because its been out the longest, the only problem is the 33% failiar rate

    PC

    better graphics
    better AI
    upgradable
    lots of 3rd party apps.
insane game selection available, any game made in the last 20 years works, heck it can even emulate older console games.
online is 10 years ahead of the consoles

only downside is the cost is notably greater

if I had to take a pick of those consoles though I'd likely go with the vannila version of the xbox, for under 300 bucks you can't go wrong. In the end basically ask yourself this "which one will give ME the most pleasure"

    If I were you, I think I'd pick a PS3.

I find GTA quite amusing when I'm bored; or have some anger to let out.. ;p

PS3 FTW Mate.. Believe me your life would be much better with it instead of buy the XBox. I Support Microsoft but unfortunately not in Games! I don't even like Halo :(

    PS3 :)

Home is going to be the next big thing soon - Will be quite interstig to see what you can do with it

Games - Even though the games are not out yet - Wait till end of 07 and the games will surely come out - E3 coneference for Sony was off the hook - MS didnt deliver on E3 since it was all old news

MGS + GTA + Heavenly Sword will surely rock the foundation ! :) + you get a blu-ray player !! hehe which most are missing out :D
