Well I am trying to get better at lighting so I have been messing around in photoshop and this is the result. Tell me what you think. Oh and also I have been screwing around with splatter brushes.
You've gotten the right idea with lighting (plus the text looks really good...), so now you need to start working on your backgrounds. I suggest stopping the use of brushes, and then experimenting with stock manipulation. Maybe even go for smudge, just try something different. Also, start working with real-life renders/stocks instead of video-game characters like this lovely piece of armor. Overall, you're doing well, keep it up!
Ok thanks for all of the great advice, I will definatly start looking into other things, probaly will try some smudging, and I will see how that goes for me. Also I will try real-life renders from now one as well. Thanks! ^_^
