Newbie Wants Some Feedback

Just started the whole photoshop game, and wanted a few comments on my latest piece.

For just starting those are great!
I like the 2nd one better, text could use some effects though.
But it looks really good man gj :]

 

too bland
no real focal point
everythings too big

 

this is really really good for just starting but i feel the text drags the tag down. for a first tag im impressed

not bad at all, need to go to the tutorials section of this forum for some ideas. Anyways, here's some things to do on this particular sig.

You may need to get rid of some of that white, I understand why it's there, but it contributes abit to the brightness of this sig, & it kinda ruins the flow IMO. Experiment with different texts as well.

There's my 2 cents.
