Newbie In The House..sup Ppl

Hey....sup everyone......new to this site.....just sign up...Im pretty much a newbie so hope everyone can help.....most interested in photoshop.....so any1 can tell me whats the first thing I should do on this site???..........How do I get started?.......here's the second tag I made.....the first one suck so I shouldnt show it..lol......give me some advice ppl and also admins...thanks
