Composition needs work, and its way overcontrasted in places. Effects are okay, but don't fit with the composition or flow of the render. The scanlines are epic meh and text is too small. Colours are okay, and lighting works, but there's no real defined background, just a really overblurred smudge or something, which doesn't lend much at all to the imagination.
