Great guide, really helped me out when i started a few days ago.

I was just wondering, when you start the rate for credits is 1 for posts
1 for new threads, 1 for polls, i'm pretty sure it changes as you make more posts, does the rate increase or decrease the more posts you make?

Say i made 1,000 posts, would i get more then 1 cred per post? or less?

And er...what does rep do?

 

You get one credit, no matter how many posts/topics/or polls you have done, it never changes.

REP is just a way to show how much you have helped others/or how much you have contributed to GR. Its a way to give someone something when they deserve it, and is a step above credits.

oops, and you can start handing out +REPs at 100 post, but you can receive +reps anytime, no matter what.

For some reason i cant access that brushes section, i assume that is due to a low post count or somethign else that has been modified for this site to be able to view it.

It seems like a bad idea to be labelleing it for new users to see it, if they cant when they first sign up.

I guess ill post some more where i feel relevant and see if i can get to them

Perhaps you should add the color code of GR too. Seeing that so many people ask about it.

Also note they can create a custom color swatch of it. Once the color is set on the foreground, click the create swatch icon which looks like a page partially folded. (to the left of the trashcan)

Then it will be ready for them the next time they need it.

Every time I go to the link for the brushes you gave I always get this:
