Hey all just got Photoshop CS3 and have never really used a photoshop program to in depth before, use it for school and stuff. I just had a question about new brushes.

    1. Does any1 have some good links for them that are free (no need to put more $$ into it :D )
    2. Where do i put the brushes when i DL them.
    3. What is your favorite brush?

Well, you can always download free brushes from Deviantart, they have billions there. After downloading the brushes, put them in:

    Go to your C Drive > Program Files > Adobe > CS3 > Presets > Brushes

I'm using Photoshop CS but it should be the same. Hope it answered your question :)

when you open PS you will see tabs in the top right that say "brushes, ..., ...., ..."

if you click on the brushes tab it will bring down a menu. right next to where it says brushes there should be a little arrow like this ">"

click on that arrow and select load brushes. then just select the brush file you downloaded.

Problem with that is that it will take longer for Photoshop to load since it has to load all those brushes.
(well from what I have been told)

RxBandit's way he described it allows you to organize your brushes.
