That's a pretty good template. A few things: 1) I don't think the white backround goes with the rest of the template. Try experimenting with some other colours. 2) You won't be able to use fancy fonts for the text when you code. Use common system fonts. 3) When you code it, it might be nice to make the centre feature a random piece of artwork from the gallery. - Just a thought.
Its a piece of art i love it, looks good, great layout couldn't be much better. The colours are nice, the only thing is..... the two boxes in the bottom right "advertment" and "affilites" they are the worst bits of this template.
I don't like the alignment options you chose for the navigations plus use verdana for technically everything except banners also, like the first guy said, experiment with light greys in the top right corner make the red border extend further down for about 15 or 20px
