The layout is well, it's just missing the design look. Remember, this is where you're showing of your skills, what you can do, so be creative and try using appropriate effects to make it look good.
wow, I really like it! the only thing I see is to only have tabs on the right or left side, it looks way more presentable and not as sparatic and messy.
