i made it by myself thats all i have to say.. if you all dont believe me.. then theres no way to change that...
the psd is all one layer... just like ALL of my temps. and ive thought of some way i MIGHT convince you... 1. i have no gray squiggly things on my content boxes.. how would i be able to move up the box if i ripped it? 2. ive only one nav bar. with nothing underneath but color.. the gametemplates one has another nav bar and a bunch of weird colors and stuff 3. my footer bar is different.. size, shape everything. 4. my background color is solid.. his is a gradient 5. his angles on his nav bar are clean cut.. mine are choppy 6. this forum is known for saying someones a ripper before anyone even thinks about what theyre saying i think i win.. you call can bite me ^_^
Even if it is your own image it still has something else called hard inspired. I doubt they are though... they are so exact the same that you had to atleast have taken elements.

wow man it's not hard to take off bevel with the tool at hand i still say he/she ripped it it's so obvious he/she did rip it
