if you flinch, it'll make maybe a dot beside the line... nothing "ruining" about it... and most people do flinch, so they anticipate it.
yeah, basically lol if its just the start to it they can try to interpret it into a larger image, if its the middle of it, its possible they try to shade over it, but not likely... basically your choices are a) continue the tattoo, B) laser removal THEN finish the tattoo or c) just laser removal. and thats assuming like a squirm where you somewhat move the body part (like if your arm twitches you pull up, etc.)
