major point: blend the sprite in, now it's just somethign abstract (slightly oversharpened in the center) with a sprite slapped on
depth is a bit conflicting, there is a difference between fore and background, but it's rather confusing because the part that seems farthest away (behind your sprite) is the most sharpened, where usually the parts "closest" to the viewer is sharper. there is some flow, though not great, but it's a start
I forget what filter that is you used in the middle, but it is too overpowering. I'd like to see Turnip Head bounding.
