well, this is similar to my other street fighter lp, but i think this 1 came out alot better (yes text sucks, but i wanted to have my name on it so yea, shut up) original (i already put in the sprite i found on planet renders) and this is my finished product, (this took me about 1hr 30min to do, so its fairly short):

Sorry, but seems like you didn't do much. The effects around his hand are nice. But the sprite is out of place, doesn't look right on that type of BG
I wish there was more done to it. I don't consider it art if only a 'blast effect' is added to the image. Alter the originals a lot more.
I strongly disagree with both comments. One doesn't have to work extremely on the original photo in-order to create an effective manipulation. Midnight's previous Street Fighter Manipulation ( HERE ) is a perfect example. -
That's all fine and it's your opinion, but I didn't like that one much either. You're definition and my definition obviously differ for various reason. I never stated that I didn't like it. I just suggested more should be done to it.
I like it. A lot. It kind of reminds me of a Chidori from Naruto. xD But yeah I really like it. The lightning stuff looks like it was there to begin with and I love how you did the lightning. The border is a bit too thick in my opinion though, and I don't much like how the text was put in either. My rating: 9/10
