Listed above is our new staff structure. As you can see, we have made some changes, and at the same time, have announced our new community staff members as well. Although we will still be adding more. Since we have some open spots still that need to be filled.

However, that being said, let me explain how this new staff structure is going to work.

Community Staff: They will have access to moderate their specific section, and their specific section only. They will not have the ability to suspend, or ban, or even warn. They are there specifically to help keep that section clean, running smoothly and active. They will have the power to open, close, move and delete topics. If someone is acting up to the point that they need to be suspended, they will contact the Head of their section and only the Head of their section, unless it is an emergency. That being said, Community Staff will also be required to not only keep their section clean and running smoothly, but they will be constantly thinking of ideas to improve their section, and increase activity level in their section.

Sectional Moderators: These are the heads of each section. As you can see we have four Sectional Moderators. Broken is the only one leading two sections as those two sections combined aren't a heavy load. Sectional Moderators will continue to have the power to suspend and increase warning levels. For the most part, their permissions have not changed. That being said, they will oversee the community staff of their section, and their section only. If they need someone banned, or credits fixed, they will report to a global moderator, any global moderator will be fine. They are also encouraged to come up with new ideas and ways to increase activity in their sections, and to improve it. So getting together and talking with their team is a highly encouraged idea.

Global Moderators: Same shit, different day. You know the drill. Great job on everything you guys do so far. Be sure to help out our Sectional Moderators, as well as our Community Staff and remember we are all part of the same team here. If you guys have any problems, report it to us admins.

I think that about covers it. If there is any questions, feel free to respond with them.
