Yes, you can use the renders on this site. but usually when you do its a nice thing to give the person +REP. You don't need to always fill the whole signature with random effects try adding stock in. Also try looking at some tutorials on the website and learn from those tutorials. Pay attention to the tutorials take some effects you've learned in them and then try to make a signature using what you've learned. 1.) The render you used is to dark and really isn't in the picture that well try puttin him a little more towards the center and up a little bit. 2.) it's really bright. thats not always bad but you just put like a bunch of colors into it doesn't look like there effects or anything.
