looks a tad chaotic (did pacman die in the background?) but slightly better than your other current try to get some more unity in effects and colors
Lol it does kinda look like a dead pac men in the background, i do like this one tho, i think its better than your gow one, id lose the text tho, and work on the flow a little. 7/10.
