    Mmh not really my style.. but in my opinion it's very 1 color based which makes it not so flashy.

    Sorry mate really not feeling it.

    Key points to watch:
    - Flow, try and get your effects flowing, theme them. Have them moving from a spacific point in a motion or direction to unify them. ATM they are messy.
    - Colours, i dont know what PS version you use, but you need to find some tuts that apply to your version and learn some cleaner colour methods.
    -Blending, ATM you seem to be using nov--ice methods to blend in your render, there is no " pr..o " way to do it but there are subtle ways together that work better, again tuts are the way to do.
    - Use better images, this image seems very LQ or has been ulterd so much the it is blurry, one nice method to fix this and simple, at the end of a sig make a new layer and apply image then go "sharpen ", simple lower the opacity to the point its not over shaprend.
