    Too messy IMO.
    The colours don't seem to go well.
    IMO, you shouldn't have brushes etc covering the main focal (in this case her face) too much.
    Also, if you don't like text you don't HAVE to put it in...
    Try to work on some depth and better lighting + effects.
    Needs some work.
