i think its over blended, the colors match too exactly ^^ go in with a color balance layer or something similar and alter the bg/effects slightly then use a black brush over the render (soft probably) to negate the effect there, i think it'll help define where your render ends and the effects/bg begins. ^^
Text is weird, like it's not visible enough. Make it larger, maybe a more simple font, and definitely a new color.
its too bright and teh render is too translucent in my opinion, also i dont like the text, but otherwise its cool. the effects are cool, exept for the far left by the text
