I know many of you have noticed the site has been running quite slowly recently during peak times due to the large amount of traffic this site has during these times.

Well me and Llamaman were discussing this issue after we had some problems too. We decided to upgrade the server to a more efficient and faster box.

This is why we had some downtime today, and the URL will be changed for around 24 hours until your ISP updates its nameservers.

Hopefully this will sort the problem with the website being too slow and you will be able to get around just as normal at peak times, if there are any problems please let us know so we can try and sort it out asap.

    Thanks all, BiG_Dave

Glad you can all "feel" the difference, it may be slower right at this moment than it actually would be because we are transferring all the data still. So it *Should* be even faster once all that has been transferred over.

First impressions are looking good :D

Two problems that we are aware of are the missing uploaded images and the domain name not in the address bar.

The uploaded images are being restored as we speak, but there are many gigabytes of them so it will take a while.

The domain name will be restored soon, but at the moment visiting gamerenders.com redirects you here.
