this is why the "new peeps" dont know stuff.
they are scared to post cause an mod posted and he everything to do with this thread since painore clearly stated that "mods/admins" are ruining gr

I'd consider myself to be one of the older members at GR, most of the legends disappeared. It was great, when you had to work for your credits, you had something to be proud of... Something was there, it was like a trophy of your good work. Now you get new users coming straight to the site buying 5000 credits and that really annoys me.

GR is a great place, and good job to the admins and mods for making it the way it is, but the old GR was fun...

I remember times when you could buy a great signature (FR) for less than 50 credits.
Now, you've got to pay 200,400,600.. even 1000+ for FR. That ruined GR too, imo.

yes, allthough 50 is very low, I think selling a sig for 1k + is just ridicilous
for tutorials I could understand the high prices, it takes a lot of work to write a tutorial, so more credit to everyone who decides to give them out for free!

i still remembered when i had to sell like 10 tags to finally make 1k
i jumped a hole through the roof when i had 1k
now u sell like one tag and make 1.5k
even it makes u more profit
it use to be fun when it was harder

    lolz

yep no idea where the certain influx of credits came from for paying 1,000creds for a psd file - Pegasus i think could have started by selling his stuff for loads

However ... Back in the days everyone was friendly even though there was credits flowing around it didnt tempt them to become cred hoggers.. now wherever i look i see them nonstop

    Tuts 4 Free! :D

    Ok, this isn't really working..

Maybe the members and admins/mods could come to an agreement, this is what I suggest.

Make a test period with all the new rules you mods/admins think are good.
Make this tets period for Eg. 2 weeks.

Hwen the 2 weeks are finished a mod/admin sets up a poll, were people simply vote if they want to keep it like how it is then (With all rules) or keep it like it in now, so without the reputation and tutorial rules.

    Short summary:

Mods/admins can put in all rules they think is necesary, for 2 weeks.
After that the members vote how they want it to be, with the new rules or before these new rules. if members want to keep it liek that it's fine, the rules can stay, if almost no1 want is like that, I hope mods/admin see that they need to change soemthing?

and pegasus was an ass <_<
I just looked at the current tutorial-prices, seriously, that's not fun...
people ask for 2k+ for a tut.....
    FREE TUTS FTW!
