it's kind of hard to make something look good on blogger.

 

It has potential. Maybe make a banner that spans the width of the template that's a solid darker grey color. Put your headphones logo in that banner rather than above the updates box. This way, the content boxes will be even and it will take away the awkward feel

 

Its nice and unique. Yet there is too much space, imo. Good work, 8/10 i'd say !
