I dont like templates with large stock photos for the banner, just doesnt seem right to me. I do, however, like the way you have your stock photos changing. As far as color blending, there isnt much and its a hard contrast. Im a HUGE fan of black and white, but when its so fast like that one its a little hard to pull off. You did an okay job with that, about an 8/10 on color scheme/blending. The outer gray color helps.

You did great coding as far as the HTML and CSS are concerned. Fast page loading, etc.

Overall I would rate this about an 8/10. Just try to blend the colors just a tad bit more and try to reduce the size of the stock photos, but keep in mind those are just my two preferences, i dont like hard contrasted situations or large stock photos on my templates. Besides that I really have nothing to complain about, so *thumbs up* good job bro :)

The banner is a little bit to big, but for the rest it is good work. The white and black could be a bit to plain, but you covered that up nicely. GJ :D
