getting untitled.bmp? naamloos.bmp?
you need to emtpy your temporary internet folders (browser menu; "Extra/Internet Options/Delete Files")
then it will work

I dont care who wants these you know, I just dont wanna have to edit one of these coz i dont keep the psds from everyting.

take the flag
put all the flags frames in one image folder
type a name
use the selection of that name as a mask on the flagfolder
set fill of name to 0% and add some styles...
