I think it's sweet. Nice bg, text and render. Only thing i'd change is the colour... just tone it down a little. Oh very cool blending too. 8.5/10
I dunno... it's for a friend... that's how he wanted me to spell it. anyway, what do you think of the new one. I decided that i'm going to make a different one for him.
pic is way over blended, umm bg is actually not too bad,same with font,but the pixel font is pretty hard to read.Id make it brighter ,than add a stroke. 6/10
the bg/text/brushing are nice , but the render is blended in too much. i'll give it a 8/10 like it is now.
That is a render I did, or another copy of it, btu I can only tell what it's supposed to be because I rendered that pic. I think it's really overblended (your HL2 sig was just right, the foreground swirls were much less prominent). Also, your pixel font is a little hard to make out. maybe add a little outside glow so the last word shows up better.
