Im looking to buy a fairly inexpensive motherboard for an Intel processor. Investing in a AMD processor is oretty much out of the question unless you can find me a great deal on one. I want it to have at least 1 pci-e x16 slot.

Basically this is my situation. I have around $500 to spend on my computer.

Im buying this graphics card for $360:

But my motherboard has only a AGP slot. So i need a new motherboard that can run pci-e. What are some good motherboards that I can buy? and try not to spend a fortune.

Or if it possible to replace an AGP slot for PCI-E?
