Basicly all I want to ask if the 26" model would be an overkill or not, I plan on using it for gaming aswell as my 360 and my pc and watching television on it.

Distance with gaming is around 1 meter.
Distance watching tv Is around 2 meter (from my bed)
Any1 has any experience wich such a big monitor if yes please tell me what you think of it.

Not at all. I have 2 x 24" monitors myself, and I've used a 30" Dell monitor in the past, and the size definately isn't as overkill as many people think. The one thing I would recommend is checking what the viewing angle is. Most 26" TN panels will only have a viewing angle of about 160/160 or maybe 160/170, whereas if you look for a PVA panel, the viewing angle should be significantly better. This isn't usually an issue as a computer screen, but if you're a good 1, 2 or even 3 metres away, a poor viewing angle is terrible news. I think the Samsung 26" and 30" models use a PVA panel, so I'd recommend looking at them.
