ohgasm's only pointing out what to fix on the sigs
so you can make it look better
    its just direct criticism

    Finally someone who understands me.

I am not even looking for the choppy parts they just glare at me. Perhaps its just my vision but I still insist that they make themselves blatant.

i understand you, and that you give brilliant criticism, but the term C&C involves both comments and criticism..not just criticism alone.

It stands out most on the fingers of the hand (just the fingers), the world, and the marble. There is some slight choppiness in the leaves and a little on the right side of the statue but nothing significant.

Was this intended to be a B&W peice?

eh not liking it too much.
    I don't think the b/w suits it.
Its a tad too chaotic and the effects get kind of repetitive.

On the plus side, the render is blended well and the lighting is pretty good.

well it wasnt really intended to be a b/w piece, but it looked better in b/w.

edit: im just not confident in my work anymore, the final product is always crap

Hmm. That's strange. I didn't even cut out the fingers, I used elliptical marquee for the world, and i rendered the marble in 3ds as a png with alpha channel. The leaves I set on darken, because it had a white bg.

so i don't think i can fix the choppiness. :|

I like it, DMS. Iunno why, it just looks nice. :P

I like it, USS. Good feel and I really like the perspective.

DMS, just keep at it. Try some LPs and just experiment. That's how I always get out of ruts.
