We have noticed many a topic being created in the wrong section of the forum, and do not much appreciate having to move them to the right place. For example, some asking for help with their video card in general discussion when it belongs in computing... or asking people to play some game with you, belongs in gaming. Labels have clearly been placed on the topic's description, use them. If you are unsure of where it belongs, pm a staff member.

From now on, any topics placed in the wrong section of the forum will warrant a fine on yourself. The guidelines for these fines are steeper for people who have been here for certain amounts of time and also repeat offenders.

This is a rough scale of what you will be fined for placing something in the wrong section.

People that have been here less than 2 weeks will be fined 20 credits.

More than 2 weeks, less than a month will be fined 50 credits.

People that have been here longer than a month will be facing fines of 100 upwards depending on your time here at the forum. If you've been around long enough to know better, than you better know better.

Repeat offenders can expect fines of no less than 200 credits.

This is not to be harsh, but please take the time to check where you're placing your topic before doing so. It saves everyone the time of having to see something where it doesn't belong. ;)

Thanks and have a nice day.

    GameRenders Staff. :D

    sound like a good idea

what if you 'accidentally' posted in the wrong section and you realise what a complete idiot you've made of yourself, thereby wanting someone to close or move it. Will the punishment be reduced?
