In order to send payments from the PayPal account, yes you need a credit card attatched to it.

 

Euh no. I have a paypal account, and I earned money and they sent it to me. That way I had money on my paypal. That way I can pay @ GR without having a creditcard

You can also transfer money from your bank account to your paypal. No creditcard needed.
