It looks pretty cool, but simple though.

Wouldn't it be easier to just make it in photoshop and then code it in dreamweaver using expandable boxes...

If you did do it in PS it would've taken you about 50 mins.

    Looks far to simple.

Well, as yet i can not make a template in photoshop and code it in CSS. Thats why i'm doing this. I am learning... :) As i said it's only my 2nd template using Css, i never expected it to look great.

Thanks for the replys. It's because it had 3 columns that it took me so long :P

Any ideas to imporve it ?

The middle box will expand as more content is added so thats maybe why it looks a little empty

awesome dude :), you've done a great job creating the "holy grail" style template with the fixed sidebars and liquid column.

@JIXcorp: expandable boxes=tables...and since tables=the devil...expandable boxes=the devil...or I could just say "tables suck". Whichever seems fit to you

It isn't really appealing at all. I really see no use in having a solely code based site unless it is valid and optimized nicely and frankly yours isn't. I think next time you make a solely code based site, maybe you should make sure it is up to standards.

Is it just me, or do some people have a problem reading ?

I made this template for learning purposes.... nothing more. Yes... maybe it doesn't look like the best template... but at least i learned something while making it.

Also, it isn't totally finished, i still have to add gradients etc... although that is what the finial layout will look like.
