my original build with the xfx though i looked and the bfg 7900GS are using GT chips with 4 pipes locked through bios and you can use riva tuner o get the 4 more pipes but the xfx and evga just use the 7900GS chips and you cant unlock em that being said only some bfg 7900gs' use the GT chips and are unlockable is it worth the 190 for the bfg 7900gs for the try at unlocking it/
