i used brushes from DA(if u dont know what that is, dont even ask)....and i used 2 layers, and brushed exactly again, blurred, added more brushes/details....then scans, boarders, text, text effect, and 2 lcolor balence layers...

 

Nice sig, Did you use filter>Liquify ?

Saving anything with transparency (Those grey and white checker boxes) as a .jpeg, will turn those transparent spots into white. If you want transparency, save it as a .gif.

 

yea, thats what i thought, i dont like .gif cuz its very low quality...so i saved as a png.
