I doub't Roundstick would scam you, as clearly he hasn't scammed anybody else in that topic; and I've purchased many tags from him before. It's only been an hour, be more patient; people have lives outside of Gamerenders. I would say give him at least 24 hours to give you the tag(s) you purchased, before you accuse him of scamming you.
