Okay so I am willing to loose my belly fat within a short time of period and want to know the particular exercises that I must do to achieve a '0' belly figure. I wanted to also know if it was possible for me to loose belly fat quicker if I join a gymnasium, in which case what would be the exercises that I must do to reduce my belly fat with a larger percentage. Any help in this case is appreciated, please guide me on building a nice body too (I am not willing to get pumped up, just a fit athlete sort of body). Thanks =]
find a hobby that requires physical activity... that way it seems less like hard work and more fun...
Well I am not actually looking for 'less work and more fun' activities, I am wanting to loose my belly fat in a lesser period of time and besides, I do walk 3-4 kilometers everyday sweating myself badly as I am living in the Middle East where these days normal weather differs from 38 C (lowest) to 46 C (highest).
running and biking are the best way to do so as things that build muscles dont burn fat. . . also doing swimming like lanes, is a great all around work out.
Running and cycling are on my to-do list but besides that would drinking ONLY water work as Greasy Pete suggested? I hope that wasn't a sarcasm or I'll break your teeth. [lol].. LOL Steez... WTF! I hate pills.
Swimming, running, bicycling, and situps / pushups will all help you lose the belly. Unfortunately for you, and all of us, the stomache is one of the hardest places on your body to cut fat from, and one of the easiest places to put fat on.
replacing your normal diet with water will make you lose weight...but its not a very good way lol you would need to do it for more than a week for it too be very effective. also by doing this it will just leave you with a bunch of extra skin and the shape of a woman(an hour-glass figure) Id do the swimming and the cycling and also do crunches of all different kinds. This way you will burn fat and gain muscle in the process. go on youtube and search for ab exercises. thats pretty much all you have to do. also dont eat crap, no sugar, nothing high in calories, no soda, etc. Drink nothing but water, eat a lot of fiber. and some protein.
Situps only work your upper abs. You'd have to do reverse crunches, leg raises, etc. to work on that belly fat or pouch area. That water thing isn't bad you might lose weight or just stay the same weight you are if you just drink water most of the time.
