Need Text Effect

somehow i see in alot of sigs where they have like a sword and on the sword is the text but it looks like it was carved in and like on paper it looks like the aper bends but so does the text.its really cool.if anyone can teach me how to do this i will send them 5 creds ^_^ if you need an example i might be able to find it but im not sure.5 creds for a tut with steps and at least 2 pics.10 creds for a full sig tut using that effect.maybe more if good
