Okay well whoever wants to can try this :)
I want the template to look more modern style (I guess techno? Dunno)
Im going to need a template for the website intellectualstudios.com (Intellectual Studios)
    Okay for the main page:
    - Logo goes in upper left hand corner
    - Login stuff in upper right (Below the login stuff there should be "Registered Users: xxxx", "Newest Member: xxxx", and "Members Currently Online: xx"
    - Below this should be a tabs bar stretching the whole width of the page (There should be the tabs "Home", "xxx" (Leave blank for now I may not need it), "Forum", "Memberships", "Advertising", and "Contact"
    - Below the tabs should be a box around sig size (Try 300x100) and above the box a label "SOTW Winner". (This should be left aligned) In the middle should be the same thing except with the label "LAOTF Winner". (This should be centered) To the right of this box should be the same thing except with the title "Photography winner".
    - Below those 3 boxes should be a wide but small sized box with the heading "Welcome"
    - Below the welcome box should be a large box with the heading "News"

If you guys can make something I like Ill pay generously, (I got a lot in the bank) and BTW I will get the PSD/Full rights/Editing rights
