    Hi guys,

I'm studying musictherapy and i need to buy an macbook. Most important thing is that i can run Logic 8 (an upgraded version of Garageband), so i can make records of all the boys and girls in need.
Can anyone give me some advice about which processor and specifications are recommend? I've absolutly no knowledge of these kind of things

    I've a budget of 1600 euro's.

    Thanks in advance!

buy the cheapest on you can get, install your own RAM. Apple is a theiving company that overcharges for the products based on gimmicks, don't let them stick it to you any more than you have to.

Thanks zain! But i was thinking myself of an ordanary macbook (latest version), the samll one... But i got no idea how far they are customizable, the statistics say that an ordinary macbook has a lot comparable stuff in it as a macbook ---... :S

Well you should have typed that
Nevertheless here are three you can choose from...
    http://store.apple.com/us/browse/home/shop.../family/macbook

If you need help customizing any of the three do ask I can help you there! Also, all of them are made for movie editing and other type of Art Related things you would want to do, hence, you can buy either one. But I have to agree with Xelink, buy the cheapest you can get your hands on, and I can also find you some extra RAM for the Macbook if you want to install more! ^_^
