Need Some Advice

Well, It's been very long since I touched my photoshop but I decided to download it again.
But I now saw I have a photoshop on my PC but it's on Russian for my brother, and I barely know the language.
Now I got used to the CS2 and the CS3 looks really different to me, and I was wondering if there is a option to change the language to English,
If now, I've would be glad if someone will at least give me a direct link to download the CS3 in english + crack or whatever needed to do it free.
[Also, if someone have a tut about how exactly I can make this version free it would be great, I just remember how long and tough it was to me to make it free version last time and... well I have no idea about how to do it again.]
