Either way get a D-Link. D-Link is plug and play unlike Linksys. Also Linksys' software doesnt work half the time.

Wired then i'd say it's cheaper, i have a d-link and never had a problem with it, easy to understand and set up so you may want to go with them although im sure someone here will reccomend something else.

Well sorry you don't have any patience or clue on how to set up a wireless router (which would take about 10 minutes if you call you Internet Provider and ask them for help.) Linksys has a fine router, stable, works, and I like the features/options it gives me on my router homepage. Only downside, it doesn't have a router faster then 54 MB/S (on newegg, that is.)

bit pricey (100$), but it seems to be a nice router... from the reviews at least. bit harder interface then say like d-links or linksys', but all you need is some good documentation and you can figure it out all on your own (or as i said above, call your internet provider.)

Another thing from personal experience, go with D-Link. I bought a Linksys router.. ugh crap so many problems and I ended up wasting all my time purchasing that crap.

    Snipe. ;)

Cisco are the best router but they cost the most money.

I have a linksys broadband Firewall router with 4 port switch(wired) and it and it says Cisco systems on it..
